What to Bring? The usual stuff; the essentials are;
- sleeping bag & mat; torch; old gloves, hat; old clothes (long trousers & long sleeves best) : and a cake to share (preferably home made !)
What not to bring? - The usual stuff:
Electrical items/ phones/ cameras/ - loads of sweets and no energy drinks including coke, mr pepper
- Wet , cold horrible weather? – the benefit of Rushall is that it offers a number of buildings, some heated , that we can sleep in & use during the day – so rain or shine - we’ll have a great time (and in 15 years we've never had bad weather - but it can be cold overnight so bring layers)
- Make sure you have brunch/ lunch before you leave home - as you won't get lunch.
- Any dry wood you may have- the boys will be cooking their food and maybe rabbits over an open fire, so the more dry wood the better.
- Please pack a tea towel
- And lastly and most importantly – if you don’t provide a cake, the boys won’t get any deserts over the weekend.
