National BB Competitions

This is the second year we've entered the BB Competitions - where you start off playing neighbouring BB Sections, and end up after about 6 rounds playing a national final.  There are roughly 64 groups who enter each competition within England & Wales - the two finalists go through to the National finals with Scotland and Northern Ireland (who generally seem to win almost everything).  Generally alternate playing away/ home. Llantwit Major in the Vale of Glamorgan  the furtherst we've traveled to date. We have our own competition in October to select our best players - the age range is 11 to 18.

So far 16 different boys have represented 2nd Reading in these competitions  - they are a fantastice way of geting to know the lads better and giving the boys an outlet for their various abilities in a competitive environment - which boys love.
