The Pennine Plod - Friday 10th to Thursday 16th February 2017 (Half Term)

32 BB boys, junior leaders, leaders and a few parents took over a complete Youth Hostel at Mankinholes (a tiny hamlet close to the Pennine Way, and where John Wesley once preached) for almost a full week to enjoy walking, playing games and being together. A great time was had by all.

What do the reviews say? " Beautiful Building in Beautiful Location" - 4.5/ 5 - 23 reviews on Trip Advisor
"What an amazing building, we exclusively hired this hostel for the weekend for a 40th birthday and the place was amazing. The rooms were a lot bigger than the photos gave it credit for, the surroundings were breath taking and it was so relaxing. It is a hostel so it is all bunk beds but there is plenty of room so you are not all on top of each other. Absolutely perfect and will definitely be returning when we want to do some actual walks and sight seeing."
